Slat Conveyors are useful in applications such as transporting, assembling, conveying hot oil parts or conveying parts through heat drying processes. Pallets can also be easily loaded or unloaded from the sides with a forklift.

Slat Conveyors are made of a welded construction and can be built to your specifications.

Frames Heavy Duty (HD): 17" deep x 1/4" formed steel, welded and   painted construction. Extra Heavy Duty (XHD): 5x6.7# structural steel uprights with structural angle frames, welded and painted construction.

Slats: 5-3/4" wide x 7 ga. formed steel. Options include 5-3/4" x 1/4 formed steel, wood, recessed flat head bolts and fixtures.

Slat Width: HD: 6" - 60" wide XHD: 12" - 120" wide

Chain: 6" pitch, steel bushed roller chain standard 4" pitch, steel bushed roller chain optional A2 or K2 attachments HD: 2" dia. roller with A2 attachment XHD: 2", 2-1/2" or 3" dia. roller with K2 attachment

Sprocket: 12" pitch dia.


Takeup: Screw type, provides 12" of chain takeup
Drive: 30 fpm standard. Other speeds are available (up to 50 fpm).
Fixed or variable speed available.
